The battle has finally begun. Both defendants were served with my (civil) lawsuit papers about seven days ago and the County DA is still trying to determine whether it's a misdemeanor assault or felony assault. Your amazing taped interview has really helped on both fronts. Again thank you. I am anxious to see how things develop & if anything exciting happens, I'll let you know!
